Mike's Dreams is to have the resources to offer physically challenged individuals the opportunity for meaningful employment. His goal is to build an aquaponics greenhouse to grow and sell quality food, using no insecticides or harmful pesticides. He would hire and train Handicapable individuals with the goal of instilling self-confidence and independence, along with giving them the satisfaction of earning an income. Mike says that his main objectives are helping others become self-sufficient raising healthy food and sharing God's son, Jesus Christ, with those who have no hope.

Jeff's Dream is to open a fitness center. Jeff calls it his plan or vision for the future and speaks about opening a fitness center in Miami County for the physically challenged. Jeff' says it will be accessible for all levels of disabilities. The facility will welcome anyone looking for a place to exercise and will include an inside quarter-mile walking, running track along the perimeter of the building. In the center will be various types of exercise equipment setup so that anyone with or without a disability can use them. His exercise regiment has enabled him to maintain a very active life, as evidenced by his favorite sports, Quad Rugby (also known as Murder Ball).
